Return and refund policy

All items in our store are made to order and produced especially for you once an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of: • the product • the printing issue or damage • the packaging Once we review the photos, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

We cover the cost of replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to different screen settings.
